Small Groups

Share common interests and experience God.

What are Small Groups

better-together

Small Groups are a place of genuine friendships, sharing of experiences with one another and taking the next step forward together. No matter how old you are, what your interests are, in which phase of life you find yourself or where you live, you are sure to find a small group that will be suitable to your needs.

Our small groups meet every year in two semesters (March-June and September-December). You are most welcome to participate!

There are small groups in various languages, meeting on different days of the week, with differing content.

The button “To the small group directory” will take you to the relevant screen, enabling you to get in contact with the small group leader.

For questions and interest please contact info@buchegg.church or 044 366 65 65.

In what languages do we offer small groups?

At the present time we have small groups in the following languages:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • English
  • French
  • Italian
  • Serbo-Croatic
  • Thai and Tamil
Which small group should I visit?

Basically, every small group is open for a committed visit during the semester. If you wish to register for a particular group or if you have further questions about our groups, do get in touch with the respective leader. The contact particulars are to be found under the “small group search” by use of the link below.

How can I lead a small group?

To become a small group leader, there are two pre-requisites: On the one hand -suitability for the task, which can be estimated by your present small group leader, and on the other hand attendance of the Small Group leader training course. Therefore speak to your present small group leader if you would like to lead one as well. He or she will be able to help you further and even assist you with the registration for the next small group leader training course.

What happens in the semester break?

During the semester break, the church turns it’s attention to other focus points. In January, our “21 day Prayer” campaign takes place. During the summer break (mid June to beginning of September), we take time for seminars, advanced training, summer vacation and a week of prayer.
Additionally, the semester breaks are intended for relief from an over full Agenda, and should encourage strengthening commitment during the two semesters.
